In addition to the taught course
modules, students must complete
a minor dissertation.
Minor Dissertation Property Studies
(60 credits)
Under the supervision of a staff member, each student
must spend approximately 600 hours on a research
project. This includes selecting a research problem,
preparing a research proposal, conducting empirical
research, analysing data, drawing conclusions, making
recommendations and writing up the dissertation.
