Nazeem Khan was educated at

Natal (Durban) where he obtained
a BSc (QS) degree. He has been in
the profession for many years and

spectrum of property development
projects and has varied experience in
all aspects of property development.
He is a member of the The South
African Council for the Quantity
Surveying Profession (Vice President
2013 – 2018), the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and

a range of property services including
community schemes management,
residential and commercial

Nina’s tertiary education
commenced with Economics and
Law, after which she turned her
focus to property and completed a
BSc (Honours) at University of Cape
Town. She has been a member of
the South African Institute of Valuers
(SAIV) since 2010 and a qualified
Professional Valuer since 2016. She
has worked in both the private and
